Dan is an Associate Broker, a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) and an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). Dan and his team work the entire Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna and Nampa/Caldwell. Van, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, served as an Officer in both San Diego and Norfolk, Virginia, and then transferred to Jamaica as a Military Liaison Officer. Rick is not your stereotypical salesperson. They say people have two ears and one mouth for a reason and Rick is a firm believer in taking the time to listen to what his client’s wants and needs are. Rick is a native Idahoan, his background is in engineering management and he uses the skills he learned in his former profession to help his real estate clients. Whether Rick is conducting research to help sellers determine the best price to get their homes sold or analyzing information to help find the best property when they’re buying, his detail-oriented approach and compassionate style ensures his customers receive excellent service. His industry relationships and easy going, friendly demeanor has proven to be very advantageous in creating win-win deals with other realtors.  

Rick believes in continuing education and has received the highly sought GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and plans to obtain his broker’s license in 2009. This passion for learning has made Rick a strong, yet creative negotiator, and assures his clients always receive the most up-to-date information and service.  

When Rick isn’t selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with his kids, mountain biking, fishing, wakeboarding and anything to do with the great outdoors.
